At the beginning of October, the first meeting of the regional project accompanying working group (PAG) took place in the district of Soest within the framework of the LIFE BOVAR project. The
ABU-Biological Station Soest welcomed a total of 12 participants. The ABU is project partner in the LIFE BOVAR project and implements measures to protect and preserve the yellow-bellied toad in

The following excursion led to the project area "Pöppelsche Tal", a dry valley on limestone karst. One of the occurrences of the yellow-bellied toad is located here. On site, measures could be
jointly considered and located. We thank all participants for their participation, the lively discussion and the exchange of experiences.
